#益生菌 #腸道健康 #保健品 想找成分天然、真正符合身體運作機理的保健品嗎?歡迎點擊下方資訊欄連結到我的個人品牌「天天自然」官網逛逛! 💡 到天天自然逛逛吧! 👉 https://www.gonatural365.com/ --- 你在挑選益生菌時,是不是也經常看到廣告強調「特別添加(寡糖)益生元」?其實益生元就是益生菌的食物,不過他是被加工、精緻過後的,最常見的就是「寡糖」。 精萃寡糖就像人們在吃的蛋白粉,營養極度集中,菌種不用花力氣就能直接吃。當某種特定食物突然大量湧入,專吃它的菌就會瞬間暴增,就像在森林裡大量單一造林,反而會擠壓其他菌種的生存空間! 對於益生菌,我也會希望他們是吃原型食物,例如大葉蔬菜。讓益生菌依然需要消化分解吸收,營養不過度單一,用自然的生長方式,維持我們的腸道健康!
