#AeetCafe 永福社區竟然有保育類石虎的足跡？

🌏全球暖化現象日益嚴重，節能減碳已成為重要的課題之一，本次公民咖啡館將分別從個人、社區，以及政府與企業三個層面，介紹各個角色能做到哪些節能減碳的方法。 👤個人層面可以從隨手關燈與減少食物浪費做起，降低能源消耗與碳足跡。 🏘社區層面介紹台灣永福社區的成功案例，該社區曾於921地震中遭受重創，但居民展現了其韌性，恢復家園並與自然共存，因乾旱問題開始推動能源自主計畫，在 2023 年得到企業與民間投資，發展社區綠能，成為其他社區的典範。 🏛政府層面目前正推動住宅家電汰舊換新節能補助，購買指定節能電器不僅可享有補助，還可以申請退還減徵貨物稅，以及推動「綠能屋頂全民參與」計畫，結合地方資源，使一般住宅能使用綠能，減少碳排放。 💼企業可藉由投資社區綠能，提升品牌形象外，還能達成 ESG 或 CSR 目標，並促進與當地居民的合作與信任，強化社會資本與社區網絡，有助於企業長期發展、拓展市場與招募人才等。 💡節能減碳並不困難，從生活中的各種小事做起即可。此外，現今社群媒體發達，大家可以主動分享節能減碳的資訊，集結志同道合的夥伴，守護我們生活的地球。讓我們透過對話，讓世界變得更美好。 🌏 Global warming is becoming increasingly severe, and energy conservation and carbon reduction have become one of the most important issues of our time. This Civic Café will explore the topic from three perspectives—individuals, communities, and governments/businesses—and introduce practical ways each role can contribute to energy saving and carbon reduction. 👤 On the individual level, we can start by simple actions like turning off lights when not in use and reducing food waste, both of which help lower energy consumption and carbon footprints. 🏘 On the community level, we will introduce the successful case of Yongfu Community in Taiwan. Severely damaged during the 921 Earthquake, the residents demonstrated remarkable resilience—rebuilding their homes and coexisting with nature. Facing drought issues, they initiated an energy self-sufficiency plan, and in 2023 received corporate and private investment to develop community green energy, becoming a model for other communities. 🏛 On the government level, current initiatives include subsidies for replacing old household appliances with energy-efficient models. Purchasing designated energy-saving appliances not only qualifies for subsidies but also for a reduction or refund of commodity tax. Additionally, the “Green Energy Roof—全民參與 (Nationwide Participation)” program is being promoted, combining local resources to help ordinary households adopt green energy and reduce carbon emissions. 💼 For businesses, investing in community green energy can enhance brand image while achieving ESG or CSR goals. It also fosters collaboration and trust with local residents, strengthens social capital and community networks, and supports long-term development, market expansion, and talent recruitment. 💡 Energy conservation and carbon reduction are not difficult—we can start with small changes in daily life. With today’s widespread use of social media, we can actively share information on energy saving and carbon reduction, gather like-minded partners, and work together to protect our planet.
