《一路靠著祂》詩歌中分別從「友人」和「佳偶」的角度來唱這段歌詞。先是「友人」用第三人稱唱「她美麗如月亮...」，然後「佳偶」用第一人稱唱「我美麗如月亮...」，最後「友人」和「佳偶」分別用第二人稱和第一人稱對唱。
