The cuisine here is equally impressive, blending the spicy and savory flavors of the surrounding areas with a more rustic, natural style. Enjoy Zhaotong-style barbecue small skewers at night, and breakfast options include roasted Erkuai with Xidoufen. Local specialties include highland apples and gastrodia elata, all worth trying. 浙江的嵊州是越剧之乡，遍布全国各地的杭州小笼包其实源头就在这里，嵊州人带着小笼包走遍了世界。如果你来到当地，还能尝尝独有的黄泽豆腐包。夜晚消夏的最佳选择就是铁板烧，油润的面条在煎板上翻滚，这口碳水不能拒绝。相邻的新昌因为和嵊州非常近，共用一个高铁站，美食也是相通的，春卷要裹猪头肉，包子在这里叫馒头，馄饨又被称作汤包，炒年糕带着汤，榨面却是米粉，这里的一切都主打与众不同。 Shengzhou in Zhejiang Province is the hometown of Yue Opera, and the Hangzhou Xiaolongbao found all over the country actually originated here. 安昌古镇位于浙江绍兴的柯桥，这里自古就是商贾云集的江南水乡，也是出绍兴师爷的地方，小桥流水，乌篷船穿梭，现在河两岸也生活着许多人家。来这里可以坐在河边吃一块有安昌古镇字样的印糕，逛一逛百年酱园，尝尝酱油味的冰淇淋和酥饼，有绍兴肉夹馍之称的酒酿馒头夹肉，碧绿薄脆的炸桑叶。夕阳西下在桥边吃一顿农家菜，慢慢悠悠，一直到夜幕降临沿河的灯亮起，发现夜晚的古镇其实更热闹。 Anchang Ancient Town is located in Keqiao District, Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province. Historically a bustling water town in Jiangnan, it's also known as the birthplace of Shaoxing Shiye. With its small bridges, flowing water, and traditional awning boats, many families still live along the riverbanks. Here, you can sit by the river and enjoy a traditional rice cake bearing the town's name, stroll through a century-old soy sauce shop, and sample soy sauce-flavored ice cream and pastries. You can also try the Shaoxing-style Roujiamo with fermented rice wine filling, and crispy fried mulberry leaves. As the sun sets, enjoy a leisurely farm-style meal by the bridge until night falls and the lights along the river illuminate the scene, revealing that the ancient town is even more vibrant at night.

浙江绍兴是中国历史文化名城，也是作家鲁迅的故乡，跟着《从百草园到三味书屋》看看迅哥从小生活的地方，咸亨酒店的黄酒加茴香豆就是《孔乙己》套餐。一首《钗头凤》让陆游和唐婉的爱情在沈园悄悄上演。王羲之与众文人墨客挥毫疾书，《兰亭集序》千古流传。连绵的阴雨天让这里的饮食颇有特色，主打酱臭霉醉鲜，肉质紧实的酱鸭，满街飘香的炸臭豆腐，蒸三臭，红润油亮的霉干菜排骨，生腌的醉虾，鲜螺蛳鸡爪，都是地道的口味。 Shaoxing, Zhejiang, is a famous historical and cultural city in China and the hometown of the writer Lu Xun. 浙江杭州富阳美食，富春江鱼虾蟹，臭豆腐拉面，阿星果园采杨梅River delicacies from Fuyang, Hangzhou, Zhejiang

富阳现在是浙江杭州的一个区，元代画家黄公望晚年来到这里结庐隐居，沉醉在当地的山山水水里，创作了名画《富春山居图》。东梓关就是富春江东岸的一个小渔村，这里不仅有美食三件套，油费馒头，沃馄饨，木莲豆腐，还有美味的江鲜。鱼虾螃蟹只用很家常的烹饪方法，不用放很多调味料，就能吃出鲜美的滋味。虽然地处江南，但是新登镇的人们喜食拉面，面条很筋道，雪菜酱油鲜汤，过桥的浇头却是当地的臭豆腐和猪肝。暑热炎炎，这个时节来还能采摘杨梅，滋味酸甜，汁水十足，阿星在果园流连忘返。 Fuyang is now a district of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The Yuan Dynasty painter Huang Gongwang lived here in his later years, immersing himself in the local mountains and rivers, and creating the famous painting Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains. Dongziguan is a small fishing village on the east bank of the Fuchun River. It boasts not only the three culinary classics, fried steamed buns, Ao wontons, and wood lotus tofu, but also delicious river delicacies. Fish, shrimp, and crabs are cooked using simple, home-style methods, requiring minimal seasoning to bring out their fresh flavor. Although located in Jiangnan, the people of Xindeng Town enjoy hand-pulled noodles. The noodles are very chewy, served in a broth of pickled mustard greens and soy sauce, while the toppings for crossing the bridge are local stinky tofu and pork liver. In the sweltering summer, you can also pick red bay, which are sweet and sour and incredibly juicy. Axing lingered in the orchard, reluctant to leave.
