這次我終於實現了一個小小的夢想——來到台灣早餐店工作一天！🇹🇼 從收桌、學做手工蛋餅，到第一次挑戰飯糰，還把我最愛的英國 Stilton blue cheese 帶進台灣早餐，做成超特別的「臭腳丫蛋餅」😂 最後還挑戰了英國風味的肉派飯糰！非常謝謝味鼎老闆給我這個機會，讓我這個在台灣16年多的英國女生，第一次真正站進台灣早餐店的廚房學習。這真的是非常特別、非常開心的一天！ This time I finally made one of my little dreams come true — I worked in a Taiwanese breakfast shop for a day! 🇹🇼 From clearing tables and learning how to make handmade danbing, to making my first fan tuan, I even brought my favourite British Stilton blue cheese into a Taiwanese breakfast and created a very unusual “stinky feet” danbing 😂 And then I tried making a British-style meat pie fan tuan! A huge thank you to the owner of Weiding for giving me this opportunity. After living in Taiwan for more than 16 years, it was such a special experience for this British girl to finally step into a Taiwanese breakfast kitchen and learn how everything is done. 淡江大橋，揭開很少人知道的淡水 The new bridge has opened!The hidden places in Danshui nobody seems to talk about!

很多人來淡水都只會去老街或漁人碼頭，但其實還有另一面的淡水，很多人從來沒看過。🌉🇹🇼 這支影片想帶大家看看我很喜歡的淡海、沙崙一帶。有舒服的小咖啡店、在地美食、夜市，還有很多漂亮又很有生活感的小地方，當然也包括全新的淡江大橋。我已經在台灣生活 16 年了，這些年看著這個區域慢慢改變，真的有一種很特別的感覺。希望這支影片能讓更多人認識這個我很喜歡的淡水 💛 Most people come to Danshui for Old Street or Fisherman’s Wharf, but there’s a whole other side of Danshui that many people never get to see. 🌉🇹🇼 In this video, I wanted to show some of my favourite hidden places around Danhai and Sarun — cosy cafes, local food, night markets, beautiful little spots, and of course the brand new Danjiang Bridge. I’ve lived in Taiwan for 16 years now, and honestly seeing this area slowly change over the years has been really special.
