It always makes me want to set off again, and once I leave, I keep longing to come home… 在台灣生活到底有多方便？ 讓我總是不斷地想著再出發 出發後又不斷地想回家… #taiwan #travel —— How to Prepare Matcha Properly🍵 • Matcha: 1.5 scoops of chashaku (about 1.5g) • Hot water: around 80°C, about 50cc (fills roughly 2/5 of the bowl) ⸻ Brewing Steps ① Use a bamboo whisk (chasen) to mix the matcha and hot water evenly. ② Move your wrist quickly as if you are lifting the chasen upward, creating foam as you whisk. ③ While whisking, gradually lift from the bottom to the surface to smooth out the texture. ④ Finally, draw the shape of the Japanese character “の” and lift the whisk from the center to finish. ⸻ Tips • Do not whisk in circles. • Instead, use an “M” or zigzag motion to create a fine, even foam.
