天花板、牆壁隆起（膨拱）DIY操作示範

【關於原料/About】除了水泥砂漿外，目前市面上幾乎找不到能夠簡單且有效修補「天花板、牆面膨拱（裂開隆起）」的原料。即使是聘請專業泥作師傅團隊，他們仍然都還是使用水泥砂漿來填補，不僅工資高昂，保固年限不長外，手藝好且有良心的師傅更是愈來愈難找到，對於一般沒有居家修繕經驗的人來說，想要自行動手DIY更是難上加難。本產品專門為了能自行補平牆面膨拱而研發。有別於一般傳統水泥砂漿，能提供不易垂流、抵擋地震撕扯的軟Ｑ彈性、卓越的防水能力、強力附著於光滑表面、快速乾燥，並能承受高濃度酸鹼溶劑侵蝕，目前市面上並無類似的原料。 Except for cement mortar, there are almost no raw materials on the market that can simply and effectively repair "ceiling and wall bulging (cracking and bulging)". The required tools are easy to obtain, and can be operated by the age of 7 to 70. 【使用說明/Application】請將準備要處理的牆面進行清潔，剷除鬆脫水泥塊並以濕抹布清除粉塵，特別是汙垢、灰塵、砂土、油漬或發霉等皆請先徹底清理。接著取用本產品直接填補於凹陷處並抹平即可。 Use a scraper to remove loose concrete first and clear the dust, dirt, sand, oil and mold with a wet rag completely. Then take this product and fill it directly in the depression and smooth it. 【操作注意事項/Precautions】 1.盡可能敲除鬆脫水泥塊，敲除過程請注意自身、旁人與家具設備安全防護； 2.敲除後使用毛刷、空氣噴槍等清理粉塵； 3.使用鏝刀、刮刀等工具挖取原料，牆面噴點水後壓上去，以增加附著力； 4.用力壓上去後要將鏝刀、刮刀輕轉幾下並向旁邊橫向拉走，以免原料脫落； 5.逐次增加塗布範圍，每次都需要搭上原來已塗抹範圍的1/4~1/3以上； 6.接著可以逐次增加厚度，方式如前述第3~第5點； 7.最大厚度勿超過3cm，太深的洞需要多次填補，以免整塊掉落白做工； 8.工具難以操作的畸零角和凹陷深洞，可用手挖取原料用手指塞入； 9.完全乾燥時間和塗布厚度及環境溫溼度有關； 10.少於3cm深度的坑洞，可於6小時後繼續下一步驟； 11.沒有用力將原料壓緊，或是原料填塗抹得不夠，完全乾燥後表面可能出現少許裂痕，只要使用「高附著填縫封壁泥」填平即可； 12.操作過程中掉落的原料不要丟棄，可收集回容器中攪拌一下繼續使用； 13.填補過程在坑洞邊緣可能會與原牆面不平整，可用濕抹布加以抹平； 14.完成後若仍感覺有些許不平整，可用「超抗裂彈性防水泥」抹平； 15.本產品乾燥後質地軟Ｑ有彈性抗地震拉扯，不得視為可取代水泥砂漿之原料。 1. Try to knock out loose cement blocks, please pay attention to the safety protection of yourself, others and furniture during the process. 2. Use a trowel or a scraper to dig out the raw materials, spray some water on the wall, and press the raw materials up hard to increase the adhesion. 4. Increase the coating range step by step, and each time you need to cover more than 1/4~1/3 of the original coating range. 6. Then you can apply it multiple times to increase the thickness, in the same way as the aforementioned points 3 to 5. 7. The maximum thickness should not exceed 3cm, and holes that are too deep need to be filled many times to avoid the whole piece falling off and working for nothing. 8. For corners and pits that are difficult to operate, you can dig out the raw materials with your fingers, and then insert them slowly and forcefully. 9. The complete drying time is related to the coating thickness and ambient temperature and humidity. 10. For potholes with a depth of less than 3cm, you can continue to the next step after 6 hours. 11. There may be a little cracks on the surface after it is completely dry if it is not pressed hard or the raw material is not applied enough, just use "Flexible Waterproof Putty" to fill it up. 12. Do not discard the raw materials that fall during the operation, they can be collected back into the container and stirred for further use. 13. During the filling process, the edge of the pothole may be uneven with the original wall surface, which can be smoothed with a wet rag. 14. If you still feel a little uneven after the completion, you can use "Ultra Anti cracking Waterproof malleability Putty" to smooth it. 15. The texture of this product is soft, elastic and anti-earthquake. 【研發構想】有效的原料，薄塗一層就會有效；無效的原料，塗得再厚也是枉然。千萬別把原本設計為用在室內的東西拿到戶外使用，那種行為叫做自找麻煩！許多人初次看到「阿塔卡瑪全天候防水漆」的價格，都誤以為很貴，其實若把整體所有成本加總後，「阿塔卡瑪全天候防水漆」僅約傳統修繕工法與材料的1/3左右，再加上用量不多，即使自己提上頂樓也都還在一般人體力所能承受的範圍內，再加上工法簡單，也不需要複雜的工具，自行DIY還能省下一大筆代工費用。【前言】本產品主要成份為環氧樹脂，是目前各類型樹脂原料中，防水效能最佳的一種。傳統一般環氧樹脂都是硬質的，在台灣溫濕度變化頗大的環境中，再加上時常有地震，因此並不適合用來作為大面積防水用途。本產品歷經多年研發改良，終於調配出「軟質」環氧樹脂，且分為白色與透明二種（白色通常建議用於牆面或屋頂，兼具阻擋紫外線與隔熱效果；透明則建議用於水池造景，以保留石頭原本紋路），除保留了原本超強的防水功效外，另針對台灣特殊環境與地震挑戰，具備了不龜裂長效耐用特色，為原本受限於短效期且防水性較差的的PU樹脂困境，提供最佳解決方案。【產品特色】 ◎專治屋頂漏水、水池造景滲漏 ◎本產品規劃為完全套件之組合，讓您採購更加便利 ◎無須計算混合比例，直接倒入混合攪勻後即可施作 ◎乾燥速度極快，隔日即可觸摸，72小時後即可踩踏 ◎室內或戶外皆適合使用 ◎業界首創原廠保固三年(須依據下述步驟施工) 【產品簡介】【白色】專門針對屋頂地面積水滲漏、女兒牆縫隙漏水，需承受紫外線、地震、日曬雨淋等長期侵蝕。【透明】專門針對水池、魚池、噴泉造景等滲漏，但仍需要維持石頭造景原色需求，需承受水壓、地震、日曬雨淋所導致之熱脹冷縮挑戰。【主要成分】 A劑：Epichlorohydrin Resin B劑：Bisphenol A Resin C劑：白雲砂不含重金屬、防腐劑等傷害人體成分【使用說明】 1.所有排水孔、電源開關插座等須先使用「噴塗漆膠用遮蔽膠帶」妥善遮蔽，以避免本塗料不慎流入造成水管阻塞，那就麻煩大了； 2.針對舊有的破損或剝落的防水塗料、落葉、青苔、泥砂、碎石等異物，一定要徹底刮除或清理乾淨，並保持乾燥，不可有殘留水份或積水； 3.清理後地面或牆面若有破損坑洞，請先以「高附著速乾砂漿」補平，且務必要等乾燥硬化後才能繼續「6-1步驟」的施工； 4.水池表面與隙縫的青苔等髒汙都清潔乾淨後，要特別注意石頭之間的水泥接縫處，容易因為日久而產生裂縫漏水，請先以「高附著填縫封壁泥」填補裂縫，且務必要等乾燥硬化後才能繼續「6-1步驟」的施工； 5.水池或牆角隙縫的水分若乾得太慢，也可以直接使用「瓦斯噴燈」讓它快一點乾燥，使用時請注意安全； 6.包裝中總共有ＡＢＣ三種原料，分別是「Ａ主劑」、「Ｂ硬化劑」、「Ｃ白雲砂」，以及隨附配件：「攪拌棒」、「3M活性碳P1級口罩」、「桔淨大師除膠去漆液」、「塑膠手套」，請依下列步驟進行施作； 6-1.將「Ｂ硬化劑」倒入「Ａ桶主劑」攪勻，並務必於45分鐘內塗布完畢，否則會開始硬化無法塗開； 6-2.若是要用於地面，則務必將「Ｃ白雲砂」也全部倒入「Ａ桶主劑」與「Ｂ硬化劑」一起攪勻，藉此防滑； 6-3.若是要用於牆面或天花板，則可以選擇不用摻入「Ｃ白雲砂」，因為垂直牆面及天花板無需止滑； 6-4.若同時要塗布牆壁、天花板與地面，則請不要先摻砂子，在「6-1步驟」之後優先塗布垂直牆壁或天花板； 6-5.牆面或天花板塗好後再摻入「Ｃ白雲砂」並開始塗布地面，但是請從最遠處開始，以防走不出來； 6-6.垂直牆面建議使用「平塗刷(培克刷)」，地面建議使用「棉質滾筒刷(勿用泡棉滾筒刷)」，快速又平整，「一般毛刷」則是應用於牆角隙縫、石頭縫等處； 6-7.塗布的厚度建議為「0.5mm~1mm」左右，塗太薄(跟保鮮膜一樣薄)強度可能略嫌不夠，塗太厚(跟滑鼠墊一樣厚)也不會比較好，只是浪費錢，而且地面上的白雲沙粒會沉澱下去，造成表面無砂痕，乾後走在上面容易打滑； 6-8.建議另外準備一個杯子，以便將桶中原料舀出來使用，有就好，珍奶飲料杯就是不錯的選擇，不要另外花錢買； 7.確定都塗布完成後，建議「平塗刷」或「滾筒刷」的刷毛丟棄，刷柄上的塗料等乾燥後即可剝離，且應該要重複使用，仍有髒汙的地方，再用「桔淨大師-除膠去漬清潔液」清潔； 8.施作過程嚴禁煙火及注意電源開關線路等設施之遮蔽防護，必要時請事先預備消防滅火設備（泡沫或乾粉型）在旁待命，遠離火氣熱源，且勿讓孩童或寵物觸及； 9.已攪拌好的塗料將會開始迅速硬化，大約45分鐘後就幾乎攪不動了，也無法儲存到下次再用，因此請務必要將前置作業都完成後才開始攪拌原料，且盡速塗刷完成，或是於開始混合前加入10%~15%香蕉水溶劑(一般五金行或賣場都買得到)稀釋一些，可稍微延長硬化時間； 10.使用時注意身體防護，不慎濺入眼耳口鼻，請立即以大量清水沖洗，並尋求醫護人員協助。【注意事項】下雨天不建議施作，下雨後須至少放晴三日以上，確認地面已乾燥後方可施作，且施作後至少三日不會下雨，詳細可施工天候請參考氣象預報。【備註】本產品容量搭配皆經過專家反覆實驗計算保證足夠，操作時若感覺原料不足或太多時，請立即檢查是否有甚麼地方塗得太多，或是不夠厚。【說明文件】 https://www.decorMaster.com.tw/Homedecor-Prodintro-Waterproof.html 【研發設計/R & D】蝶古巴特社會企業股份有限公司/Decoupage Social Enterprise INC. 【客戶服務/Customer Service】 [email protected] 0809-000881 【儲存建議/Storage】使用完置於陰涼乾燥處勿讓兒童接觸，發生緊急狀況時請用大量清水沖洗。 Shut the pack tightly and keep it in a cool and dry place.
