BOOSTER ECU Overview｜What a piggyback ECU actually controls｜VAITRIX

The VAITRIX Booster ECU is an advanced piggyback module with full boost control, curve control by RPM, and complete 3D methanol injection programming. It is a plug & play unit that controls boost by signal manipulation from two MAP sensors and the cam position sensor. Full 3D mapping means boost can be raised by different amounts at different points in the rev range, and the same 3D mapping applies to the water/methanol injection pump and solenoid. Housing is all-aluminium and lightweight. Acceleration testing on a Volvo S60 with the T6 engine on the SPA platform, running a VAITRIX BOOSTER ECU Stage 1 piggyback tune. Runs performed: 0-60 mph and 40-100 mph, with the car otherwise completely stock. Jeep Wrangler JL 2.0T Stage 1｜0-60 mph before and after a piggyback tune｜VAITRIX

Acceleration testing on a Jeep Wrangler JL 2.0L Turbo running a VAITRIX BOOSTER ECU Stage 1 piggyback tune. Runs performed: 0-60 mph and 40-100 mph. The vehicle is completely stock apart from the Booster ECU, and stock wheels and tyres were refitted for these runs. Larger tyres or heavier wheels will change your real-world times.
