VIDEO INTRODUCTION: In 2011, the world lost the man it considered the greatest entrepreneur alive. Steve Jobs had taken Apple from the brink of bankruptcy and turned it into the most admired technology company on earth. He built products that changed how people live, and he did it with a charisma that no executive has matched since. He was the closest thing business had to a magician. And weeks before his death, that magician chose his successor. The world was not impressed. It was not another visionary. It was a quiet, soft spoken, 50 year old industrial engineer named Tim Cook. Put the two men side by side and they are opposites in every measurable way. Jobs was the college dropout who became an entrepreneur. Cook was the sincere engineer who spent 16 years inside large corporations before Apple. Jobs was the showman who could hold five thousand people in the palm of his hand. Cook was the man who woke at 3:45 in the morning to read customer emails and study spreadsheets. Jobs was the product genius. Cook was the operations guy who optimised inventory. So the world reached its verdict. Replace a genius with a supply chain manager and Apple will die. Apple's shares fell on the news, and the mockery echoed across the business press for years. Now consider the weight on that man's shoulders. You are replacing the most celebrated founder in modern business, and every journalist, every analyst and every fan is waiting for you to fail. Most people in that position would have tried to imitate Steve Jobs. Tim Cook did the opposite. Over the next 15 years, the man they called boring took Apple from roughly 350 billion dollars to 4.7 trillion dollars in market value. He grew revenue from 108 billion to 416 billion dollars. He built a services business that now earns 109 billion dollars a year, which is larger than all of Apple was in 2011. Which raises three questions. Why did Steve Jobs pick a boring operations guy to replace him? What made this man so special that Apple grew more than ten times in value? And what are the business lessons the rest of us need to learn from one of the greatest CEOs in corporate history? Our Best Indian Business Case Studies: 1. VIDEO INTRODUCTION: Ladies and gentlemen, there is a company on this planet that is more POWERFUL than any government, any bank, and any tech giant in HUMAN HISTORY. Its name is BLACKROCK. And what they have quietly built is genuinely SHOCKING. Look at these numbers. JENSEN HUANG built NVIDIA from scratch, and he owns only 3.7% of Nvidia. But BLACKROCK owns 8.02% of Nvidia. STEVE JOBS owned less than 1% of APPLE. But BLACKROCK owns 7.97% of Apple. BILL GATES owns just 1.34% of MICROSOFT. But BLACKROCK owns 8.18% of Microsoft. And it does not stop there. BLACKROCK owns 6.69% of GOOGLE, 7.5% of COCA-COLA, and MASSIVE stakes in almost every S&P 500 company. Together with two other companies called VANGUARD and STATE STREET, they now control $15 TRILLION in assets. That is MORE than the GDP of INDIA, JAPAN, and FRANCE COMBINED. Now here is the CRAZY part. BLACKROCK does not make a single CHIP. They do not make a single PHONE. They do not have a single FACTORY. They have never made a physical product in their existence. And yet, they OWN a piece of every major company on Earth. So how did a company that MAKES NOTHING end up OWNING EVERYTHING? And why is the US GOVERNMENT itself terrified of a former failed banker's idea? So I went down a rabbit hole. I read the Aladdin research papers, the SEC filings, the leaked Texas Attorney General lawsuit against BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street, and the 30-year story of a man named LARRY FINK who lost $100 MILLION in the 1980s and got FIRED from Wall Street. And what I found will change how you think about MONEY, MARKETS, and CAPITALISM forever. Because BLACKROCK's story is not just about one company. It is about a SECRET MACHINE that has been quietly reshaping the American economy for the last 30 years. Because here is the DARKEST part nobody is telling you. On November 27, 2024, the Attorney General of TEXAS and 10 other American states did something HISTORIC. They sued BLACKROCK, VANGUARD, and STATE STREET for allegedly MANIPULATING the American coal market. The BLACKROCK trial is still ongoing. But think about what this means. If three companies can influence the ENTIRE American coal industry, imagine what they can do to PHARMA, EDUCATION, HEALTHCARE, and every other sector of the world's largest economy. So in this case study, I want to answer three questions that will change how you think about MONEY, POWER, and CAPITALISM forever. How did a FAILED banker who lost $100 MILLION in the 1980s build the most POWERFUL company in HUMAN HISTORY? Why is BLACKROCK's software ALADDIN considered the most DANGEROUS financial tool ever built, and why does even the US GOVERNMENT depend on it? And most importantly, what does the SECRET rise of BLACKROCK reveal about the DIRTY TRUTH of American capitalism, and what should INDIA and every developing country learn before it is too late? Because if we do not understand what happened in America, we could easily allow the same THING to quietly happen to us. ✅Study Materials: https://www.blackrock.com/corporate/newsroom/media/press-releases/blackrock-reports-second-quarter-2026#:~:text=%2415.3%20trillion%20in%20AUM%20following%20%24868%20billion%20of%20net%20inflows%20over%20the%20last%20twelve%20months%2C%20reflecting%2010%25%20organic%20base%20fee%20growth https://www.fundssociety.com/en/news/etf/focused-victorious-and-dominating-equities-this-is-how-etfs-performed-in-the-united-states/#:~:text=Main%20Providers%20and,a%20few%20players. https://www.cambridge.org/core/services/aop-cambridge-core/content/view/30AD689509AAD62F5B677E916C28C4B6/S1469356917000064a.pdf/hidden-power-of-the-big-three-passive-index-funds-re-concentration-of-corporate-ownership-and-new-financial-risk.pdf https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/news/releases/attorney-general-ken-paxton-sues-blackrock-state-street-and-vanguard-illegally-conspiring-manipulate#:~:text=2024%20%7C%20Press%20Release-,Attor%C2%ADney%20Gen%C2%ADer%C2%ADal%20Ken%20Pax%C2%ADton%20Sues%20Black%C2%ADRock%2C%20State%20Street%2C%20and%20Van%C2%ADguard,-for%20Ille%C2%ADgal%C2%ADly%20Con%C2%ADspir%C2%ADing Think School is a Digital School that we all deserved, but never had ►►Check out Think School's Online courses: https://www.thethinkschool.com #thinkschool #businesscasestudy #geopolitics Credits: CNN-News 18, WION, NBC News, Money control pro, Business standard, TV18,Business Today, ABC news, CNBC, ET now ,Bloomberg originals, Financial Times, DW documentary, AL Jazeera English, BBC news, Firstpost.

Most people think cold calling is spam. Saad argues it can be one of the most powerful business skills you can have because, with the right approach, you can reach people who would otherwise be almost impossible to access. In this episode, we sit down with Saad, a salesman and sales trainer who has spent over a decade studying how people buy, to break down the psychology, strategy, and mechanics behind high-level sales and cold calling. You'll discover: • Why a $20,000 cold-calling exercise saved a company nearly $500,000 by proving its business idea was wrong before it invested heavily. • Why cold calling may be the fastest way to get a job, including how Saad got a job offer after just his third cold call. • The 30-second rule that determines whether a cold call survives, and why most salespeople lose before they even start pitching. • The "Old Friend" opening that makes strangers ask YOU who you are instead of immediately hanging up. • Why the person asking questions controls the conversation, and how salespeople use questions to move prospects toward a decision. • The "Value Delta" that makes selling dramatically easier, and why the best salespeople aren't really taking money from customers. • The four pillars of tonality, and how changing them can completely change how a prospect feels. • How to handle "too expensive" and "we don't have the budget" objections by discovering what the objection actually means. • The BANT framework, Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline, that separates genuine prospects from people who are merely interested. • Why saying "When do you want to get on a call?" is a mistake, and the tiny change that makes it easier for prospects to actually commit. If you've ever wondered how the best salespeople make strangers listen, uncover what customers actually want, and turn a cold call into a business opportunity, this episode is for you. Saudi’s Dream Turned Into a Nightmare | How Billions Were Spent Chasing an Impossible City 縮圖

Saudi’s Dream Turned Into a Nightmare | How Billions Were Spent Chasing an Impossible City

⭐️Get Spam-Free Health Insurance Advice: https://ditto.sh/y35kun If you are a copyright owner and believe your work has been used improperly, please contact us at [email protected] for prompt removal or credit. VIDEO INTRODUCTION: Ladies and gentlemen, SAUDI ARABIA just made the BIGGEST business mistake in HUMAN HISTORY. In 2021, the Prince of Saudi Arabia announced a project so WILD that it cost 8.8 TRILLION DOLLARS. To put that in perspective, 8.8 TRILLION is more than the GDP of JAPAN and INDIA COMBINED. It is 25 TIMES Saudi Arabia's entire annual government budget. It is 5 TIMES the combined revenue of APPLE, GOOGLE, FACEBOOK, AMAZON, and LOUIS VUITTON. And with that money, Saudi Arabia was supposed to build the most ambitious project in the history of civilization. A 170 kilometre long city called THE LINE. Made of mirrored glass. Taller than the Empire State Building. With flying cars, robot maids, dinosaur robots, zero streets, and a giant artificial MOON literally hanging in the sky. It was supposed to be the future of humanity. Now on paper, this looked UNSTOPPABLE. Because Saudi Arabia had EVERYTHING to make this project possible. They had TRILLIONS of dollars in cash. They had the best architects in the world. They had legendary consultants from McKINSEY and BCG. They had SAM ALTMAN, MASAYOSHI SON, and TRAVIS KALANICK as their advisors. And they had a $500 BILLION budget that they promised to grow to whatever the project needed. So the world was CONVINCED that if any country on Earth could pull this off, it would be SAUDI ARABIA. But then something SHOCKING happened. 9 YEARS after the announcement. $50 BILLION SPENT. And 98% of THE LINE is STILL UNBUILT. On September 16, 2025, the Saudi sovereign wealth fund quietly SUSPENDED construction. Workers packed up. The site went DARK. And the biggest business dream in human history was OVER. So I went down a rabbit hole. I read the 2,300 pages of leaked documents that the Wall Street Journal exposed, the McKinsey financial models, the internal audit reports, and the actual construction data on NEOM. And what I found is genuinely SHOCKING. Because NEOM did not fail because Saudi Arabia ran out of MONEY. NEOM failed because of a disease that has secretly RUINED some of the biggest projects in human history. It is a disease called DUTCH DISEASE. And every country that depends on ONE industry, ONE commodity, or ONE cash cow is at RISK of catching it. Including INDIA. THE LINE was supposed to consume 60% of the entire WORLD's annual green steel production. The math on this project never made sense. But every consultant, every executive, and every advisor kept telling the Crown Prince that it would work. And when one manager finally challenged the numbers, he was REMOVED from the project. This is not a story of bad engineering. This is a story of what happens when the most powerful person in the room refuses to hear NO. So in this case study, I want to answer three questions that will change how you think about NATIONS, LEADERSHIP, and the future of the world's economy forever. Why was SAUDI ARABIA so desperate to build the most ambitious city in human history that they were willing to spend $8.8 TRILLION on it? How did the world's richest kingdom FAIL to build a single city despite having TRILLIONS of dollars in cash, the world's best consultants, and legendary advisors? And most importantly, what are the THREE lessons that INDIA and every developing country in the world MUST learn from Saudi Arabia's TRILLION dollar failure before it is too late? Because if we do not learn these lessons now, our SMART CITIES, our BULLET TRAINS, and our own DREAMS could face the same fate. ✅Study Materials: https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/SAUPZPIOILBEGUSD https://www.vision2030.gov.sa/en/explore/projects/neom#:~:text=and%20Prime%20Minister%2C-,NEOM,futuristic%20region%20in%20northwest%20Saudi%20Arabia%20powered%20by%20100%25%20renewable%20energy,-.%20Led%20by%C2%A0 https://www.dw.com/en/saudi-arabia-gets-serious-about-neom-investment-zone/a-41092402#:~:text=which%20will%20have%20its%20own%20tax%20and%20labor%20laws. https://ig.ft.com/saudi-neom-line/ https://europeanbusinessmagazine.com/the-neom-collapse-how-saudi-arabia-spent-50-billion-building-almost-nothing/ https://techcrunch.com/2025/03/09/neom-is-reportedly-turning-into-a-financial-disaster-except-for-mckinsey-co/#:~:text=There%20are%20some,in%20our%20engagements.%E2%80%9D Think School is a Digital School that we all deserved, but never had ►►Check out Think School's Online courses: https://www.thethinkschool.com #thinkschool #businesscasestudy #geopolitics #partnership Credits: CNN-News 18, WION, NBC News, Money control pro, Business standard, TV18,Business Today, ABC news, CNBC, ET now ,Bloomberg originals, Financial Times, DW documentary, AL Jazeera English, BBC news, Firstpost.
