Beetles and their board game version🪲🎨 STAG is a strategy board game about the life cycle of beetles. You can raise your beetles from larvae to pupae and eventually adults, by making plans and collecting resources. Just like what we beetle breeders do! I had a lot of fun playing this game, except for the part where I was constantly beaten by my girlfriend during showdown😂. Shout out to @splitstonegames for this awesome experience!

Cyclommatus metallifer finae 美他力佛細身赤鍬形蟲 CBF1 I dug out some offsprings of white-eye male and black-eye female metallic stag beetle. Surprisingly, two of the four females have white eyes. Can’t wait to see their siblings to come out! 較早羽化的白眼配黑眼後代，有點意外四母就中了兩隻白眼，期待之後的表現。

It’s really hard for a male this shape to emerge perfectly. Stag beetle unboxing 🪲英特梅迪亞鬼豔鍬形蟲Odontolabis dalmanni intermedia 豔鍬屬對干擾特別敏感，有時會在羽化後不久、成熟前就開始躁動，這時候比起餵食，把牠們移到安定的環境才是正確作法。 Odontolabis are very sensitive to disturbances and sometimes become a little active shortly after eclosion but before they are fully matured. In such cases, moving them to a stable environment is the right thing to do rather than feeding them.
