再次回到 96 Heroes 武嶺！ 原本很期待 2026 年的第一次武嶺挑戰，想再一次突破自己，在這條 53 公里、爬升超過 2,800 公尺的路線上拼個更好的成績。 沒想到，比賽前一晚竟然失眠……不知道為什麼，就是怎麼躺都睡不著，整晚沒休息。 但既然決定要來了，就沒有不出發的理由。所以早上 5:11，我還是準時來到起點，開始今年第一次的武嶺挑戰。 這次騎得真的很辛苦。為了能順利撐完全程，我刻意比平常更控制自己的功率和心率，不敢一開始就騎太快。天氣沒有去年那麼好，成績也沒有達到原本期待的目標。 不過，在一晚沒睡的狀態下，最後以 3 小時 41 分鐘 完成挑戰，自己還算可以接受。 今天又學到一件事：只要真的下定決心，就總有辦法繼續往前。 下週，再戰武嶺！🙌🏻 Back to 96 Heroes Wuling! My 2026 participation did not start as expected. I was prepared to improve my time on the 53 km climb with over 2,800 m of elevation gain once again. What I wasn’t prepared for was a sleepless night before this demanding race. No idea why, but I just couldn’t get any rest. Not showing up wasn’t an option, so I was at the starting line at 5:11 am for my first climb to Wuling this year. It was tough, and I tried to control my power and heart rate a bit more in order to make it to the finish. The weather wasn’t as nice as last year, and the result wasn’t what I had hoped for. But with a time of 3 hrs 41 min, it was still acceptable given the circumstances. Today I learned that with enough determination, there’s always a way. 雪巴運動 @sherpasports 「台灣登山大滿貫」全新賽段——苗栗仙山站！又是一個讓人想回來挑戰的理由。這次報名進階挑戰組：168 km｜爬升 4,790 m｜關門 10 小時 第一段熱身爬坡後，接上台3線，隨即迎來具挑戰性的大坑村爬坡。平均坡度 9.4%，部分路段超過 20%，再次讓我感受到，為什麼雪巴的賽事被認為是台灣最具挑戰性的自行車賽事之一。 接著沿台3線前進，挑戰蓮臺山路段：6.28 km｜爬升 708 m 回程跟上一個高速集團，稍微保留體力，為接下來的仙山爬坡做準備。平均 8.1% 的坡度，這次騎起來竟然比之前幾次挑戰更硬。下滑到南庄後，開始飄起細雨，接著挑戰向天湖牌坊。比賽前我還祈禱這天不要下雨，但這場小雨反而幫助降溫。下滑到南庄後開始飄雨，接著再戰向天湖牌坊。濕滑路面讓下坡更加小心，畢竟這段路還要再騎一次。短暫經過石壁染織工坊後，再次返回向天湖。 之後返回仙山的長坡，加上終段的幾個短坡接近 10%，隊友 Guga 超車也給了我最後幾公里的動力！ 再經過 7.6 km 的下坡，終於以 8:14:54 完賽！ 🏆 進階挑戰組第 4 名 🥇 M45 年齡組第 1 名 雖然這次雙腿狀態並不是最好，而且我本來就不算擅長高速下坡，但對這個成績真的很滿意！ 現在開始重新考慮要不要挑戰阿里山。去年沒有挑戰長距離，也許今年該來試試看了? A new stage has been introduced to the Peaks of Taiwan series: the Xianshan Stage. A good reason to come back. I registered in the Advanced Category: 168 km, 4,790 m of elevation gain and a 10 h time limit. After the first warm-up climb, we headed onto Provincial Highway 3 and into the challenging climb to Dakeng Village. An average gradient of 9.4%, with sections over 20%, reminded us why Sherpa races are among the most challenging in Taiwan. We continued on Highway 3 before climbing Liantaishan: 6.28 km with 708 m of elevation gain. I was saving energy before Xianshan. The 8.1% average gradient felt harder than in my previous attempts. Down to Nanzhuang, light rain started during the climb to XiangTianHu Archway. I had hoped for a dry day, but the rain helped cool me down. After a short turn at Shibi Dyeing & Weaving Workshop, it was one more time up to XiangTianHu. Knowing I was heading back gave me extra motivation, and my pace on the long but moderate climb to Xianshan was better than expected. The final section, with ramps averaging almost 10%, was tough. My mate @guglika passed me there and gave me extra motivation for the final kilometers. After a final 7.6 km descent, I crossed the finish line in 8:14:54 — 4th in my category and 1st in my age group. Even though my legs weren’t in the best condition and I’m not the fastest downhill rider, I’m very happy with the result. Now I’m reconsidering racing Alishan, where I didn’t race the long-distance last year. Maybe this will be the year to give it a try. #德國91 #sherpasports #雪巴運動
