I quit medicine to start a business and my ADHD got worse. I thought I was giving myself freedom. What I actually did was remove deadlines, people waiting on me, and the reason my brain had to start anything. I would spend 3 hours on a reel only to then spend 10 minutes on what made me money. It was never about motivation, discipline nor willpower at all. I just took away all the structure suddenly when I quit my job and then wondered why I was paralysed. If you want to learn more: comment CEO and I'll send you The ADHD Founder's Manual. So you can learn to be more consistent with your business & finally achieve your full potential.

Every ADHD business owner I speak to has “five businesses” and one that ACTUALLY works.

Yup, you already know which one it is...

But you just love to keep starting new things because it got boring!

Stop chasing novelty, channel your novelty elsewhere but keep the bloody thing working running!

Comment CEO and I'll send you The ADHD Founder's Manual free to learn how to do this! 縮圖

Most ADHD business owners fail because they can't execute and be consistent. If you're a founder with ADHD and you constantly know what you should be doing but still find yourself stuck. Well, you just haven't found a system that works for your brain yet. This isn’t therapy, a diagnosis, or a generic course on how to start a company. This is hands-on execution coaching. Here’s how we tackle it over 12 weeks: 1️⃣ Energy & Time Audit: We analyze your full 24 hours to see where your focus is leaking 2️⃣ Custom System Build: We set up a personal execution structure tailored to how you operate. 3️⃣ Long-Term Retention: We lock the system in place so you don’t drop it after two weeks. I’m capping this at 6 one-to-one clients every month to ensure every single person gets deep, hands-on focus. Want to pinpoint what’s holding you back? DM me "AUDIT", and let’s figure out your bottleneck and the next steps to remove it!

I'm 27, a doctor turned ADHD coach, diagnosed with ADHD. But I've never taken medication.

I had to build systems instead. These are the 8 that got me through medicine, and the same ones I use now to run a business.

1️⃣ Work outside your house, not in it.

It's like the gym. The hard part is getting there, but once you're in, focus comes easy. Café, office, co-working, doesn't matter. (And by the way : your kitchen table is not an office)

2️⃣ Lift heavy weights

For some reason it made me calmer and regulated my emotions. If I didn't lift at least 3x a week, it felt like ants crawling all over my body. This ain't optional, any exercise, whatever you can manage.

3️⃣ Don't force productivity

You can't push through when your brain is done, it backfires. There's a time of day you work best, figure it out and put your hardest stuff there. Then stop. Take breaks even when you're hyperfocusing, you might be running on empty and getting less done than you think. Resting is smart!

4️⃣ Know your top 3 every single day

My memory was terrible. So I write my top 3 priorities every morning. If I don't, the whole day is wasted on client work and the things that grow the business never gets finished.

5️⃣ Review right after, not later

If I didn't review right after class, it was gone. So same rule now, I capture action items right after every meeting or call. If you wait an hour you'll waste time reconstructing what was said.

6️⃣ Change your physical state to refocus

Standing up while I studied improved my focus. Now whenever it slips, I stand, walk, change rooms.

7️⃣ Do, don't just plan

Reading textbooks was torture, I'd forget everything. Active recall, testing myself, worked far better. Same running a business. I'll spend three weeks planning a content strategy instead of just posting.

8️⃣ Build a routine and protect it

Routine helps with procrastination because you always know what to do next. So 0 decision fatigue.

None of this is easy, but it got me through 6 years of medicine and 2 years of work with zero medication. It's the same set I use to run a business now.

Entrepreneurs with ADHD: your best work still happens the day before it's due.

Here's the bit most people get wrong. Starting something taxes you more than it taxes other people.

And so you do the easy stuff instead, like the small jobs you can finish. And that doesn’t make you lazy.

I'm Nick, a doctor with ADHD. I got through med school without meds and before you say I'm disciplined - I’M NOT! I built systems so that starting didn't depend on how I felt that day.

That's what I do now for business owners with ADHD. Across 12 weeks, one to one, and built around how your brain works.

DM me UNSTUCK and I'll send you the details. 縮圖

Most ADHD advice assumes someone else sets your deadlines. But when you run the business - nobody does.

That's the real problem and it’s why normal focus advice keeps letting you down.
